Receptionist
Dublin 2, (Co. Dublin)

Our client designs and delivers expert IT training and e-learning courses for businesses and individuals working in IT covering 6 core areas - advanced office skills, web development skills, desktop publishing skills, programming, networking and databases. Their patrons include many of Ireland's TOP 1000 businesses. They are now looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to join their team.

As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for providing a high quality reception service at our client’s offices in Dublin 2. 

Acting as the first point of contact within the business, you’ll assist customers, clients and students with a range of queries, both face-to-face and via the telephone. 

You’ll carry out a range of admin activities to support the smooth running of the business and you’ll operate the phone system, ensuring calls are promptly answered and correctly diverted. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- At least six months’ experience as a receptionist in a customer facing environment 
- Fluent English communication skills 
- Experience of operating a phone system within an commercial environment 

Positive and enthusiastic, as a Receptionist, you must have excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking and organisational skills with superb attention to detail. Working hours will be 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
