We are an American-style smokehouse restaurant with the following menus:- 12 hours of smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wings, etc. All served in homemade unique sauces and sides. We have two restaurants one at Hollyfort and the other at Rosslare respectively. We provide both outdoor & indoor sitdowns, takeaways, and are also available on the Bamboo app.
