Customer Communications Specialist
Galway, Co. Galway

Our client is the leading provider of innovative SharePoint products. Leading companies and government organisations around the world rely on their solutions. They are now looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to join their team.

As a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll manage all customer-oriented messaging, communications and events. 

In this exciting role, you will: 

- Act as the primary marketing content for customers 
- Work with customers to create success stories and testimonials 
- Create customer-centric content and collateral 
- Work with Customer Success Account Managers to develop initiatives that drive retention and growth within their region
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer feedback initiatives 
- Manage customer contacts, communications and reports in the CRM system

- At least three years’ marketing and content creation experience 
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- The drive to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and independently
- An interest in working towards strategic goals 
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications 

Proactive and forward-thinking, as a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll have excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work well, both individually and as part of a team, is also key.
