Customer Service Representative (10 Month Contract) 
Bray, Co. Wicklow 
€Excellent DOE 

Founded in 1992, our client is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of high quality diagnostic test kits. They are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a ten month contract which has the potential to extend.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding levels of service to customers in all interactions be it in a sales capacity, support work or order processing. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support revenue generation and sales achievement through effective order processing, efficient relationship building and superb admin work. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Effectively and efficiently communicate with customers 
- Process all orders received 
- Administer customer files in terms of set-up, price maintenance and shipping activities 
- Maintain back order logs 
- Provide support to the Sales Team as and when required 
- Assist the Accounts Receivable function when necessary 

So, if this the role for you? If so, you will need: 

- At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment and accounts receivable 
- Order entry experience 
- A good level of IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 
- A Leaving Certificate 

Attentive to detail and highly numerical, as a Customer Service Representative, you will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

A third level qualification while not essential would be beneficial to your application. Fluent German language skills, in addition to English, would also be an advantage, but this isn't essential.
