> Provide leadership, and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded in accordance with SLA, scope of services and KPI’s requirements
> Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within the contract to include any legislation changes which are relevant to the contract
> Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both client and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractor’s activities, including regular reviews
> Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across the contract, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence. Ensure structures support peaks and troughs in workload, and disaster recovery. Overall accountability of 4th party vendors (sub-contractors) in the execution of their duties to the agreed scope of services
> Identify through innovation, scale and efficiencies, to include all aspects of the contract of services (inclusive of 4th parties) which can be achieved within the operational model to maintain service excellence and realise cost efficiencies. Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues
>Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams with appropriate levels of certification, publish training and development plans for all site based staff ensuring post holders are fully competent in line with client requirements. Ensure that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
> Develop, implement and maintain appropriate control systems and policies to ensure statutory and contractual commitments are met. Examples – purchasing, helpdesk etc.
> Project Management delivery responsibilities across multi-disciplined projects and service lines, ability to manage and execute projects to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
>Oversight and management of planned and reactive maintenance activities both self-delivered and third party supply chain to SLA and KPI expectations.
>Ensuring a globally aligned customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts both domestically and internationally
> Promoting and maintaining the core values of CBRE (Respect, Integrity, Service & excellence) and that of our client.
> Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.
> Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting as appropriate.
> Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential.
> Contacting Sub Contractors/ Suppliers to negotiate quotations for materials, service delivery and various spend items in line with contract SLA agreements
> Responsibility for financial management and control ensuring the delivery of plan commitments for the contract against agreed budgets and targets. These to include financial forecasting, financial spend reporting both planned and reactive and 4th party supply chain spend
> Provide levels of service in compliance with contractual commitments as outlined in the scope service
