HR Generalist 
Craigavon/Lurgan, Co. Armagh 
£Excellent 

Our client is a thriving contact centre that provides outsourced service solutions to businesses across Ireland and the UK. They are now looking for an HR Generalist to join their team.

As an HR Generalist, you’ll be tasked with providing on-site advice and coaching for all people-related issues to a designated division or business site. 

As part of the wider HR team, you’ll ensure compliance with policies and procedures and implement HR related activities across the site. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will work closely with Team Leaders, Operations Manager(s) and Head of the Site, on a daily and/or regular basis, and support wider cross business projects. 

Dealing with all people related issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, you’ll complete all relevant documentation, support the development of HR policies and administer the company benefits. 

Your other activities will involve: 

- Conducting training with managers for all HR areas 
- Managing HR KPIs 
- Completing exit interviews and managing on-boarding for new team members 
- Taking responsibility for internal HR communications and HR related administration 
- Supporting internal and external recruitment activity 
- Managing employee engagement projects and activities 

To be considered, you must have: 

- Experience of providing HR services to a high volume workplace 
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of employment law, processes and procedures relating to staffing, employee relations, and payroll, ideally within a contact centre environment 
- Proficiency in developing effective written policies and communications 
- A good level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle 

As an HR Generalist, you must be organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills are key, as is the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
