Human Resources Administrator
Bray, Co. Wicklow

As a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll provide administration support across the HR function. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Take ownership of the new hire and induction programme 
- Help to implement the company’s HR policies and procedures 
- Support the recruitment process 
- Maintain, manage and audit personnel files 
- Help to update company documents 
- Build positive relationships with Associates and the Operations Team 
- Produce a range of reports 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- At least two years’ HR experience
- Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills 
- A CIPD accreditation/membership 
- A qualification in Human Resources or similar, ideally a degree or higher 

Organised and proactive, as a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A great eye for detail, superb prioritisation abilities and a collaborative approach are also key. 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a regulated industry, such as pharma, IVD or medical devices. Previous experience of giving presentations would also be beneficial.
