Established over 25 years ago, our client is the leading private provider of hearing care solutions for adults in Ireland. They have more than 75 clinics throughout the country. Now, they’re looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their team.

As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll provide a high level of support to our client’s Marketing function. 

Joining a friendly team, you will: 

- Respond to queries from internal and external customers 
- Proofread marketing material
- Schedule meetings in the clinic’s monthly diaries 
- Support the smooth running of the office 
- Liaise with external vendors, such as creative agencies and print companies 
- Carry out data entry tasks and prepare reports 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- At least two years’ administration experience
- A track record of accurately entering and processing data 
- Excellent customer service skills 
- Strong analytical skills 
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
- A flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to work evenings and Saturdays 

Organised and proactive, as a Marketing Administrator, you’ll have excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail. The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively prioritise tasks is also key. 

This is a full time role, including some evening and weekend work when required.
