As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will provide a high level of technical support to customers. 

Dealing with a high volume of queries, you will utilise your expertise to take full ownership of incidents and ensure they are successfully resolved. You’ll effectively prioritise tasks to ensure that SLAs are met. 

To be considered, you will need: 

- At least three years’ experience of working on an MSP (Managed Services Provider) service desk 
- Experience of MS server and desktop products 
- Previous experience of LAN and WAN technology 
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal 

Self-motivated and adaptable, as a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you’ll have a strong customer-focus, an analytical mindset and a high level of accountability.
