The Company

Our client is an expert provider of electrical components, ancillary parts and other rotating electronics. In business since the 1960s, they have a rich history of success which has led to the company now boasting two distribution depots and long standing relationships with their customer base.

They are now seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team in Dublin 13 on a part time basis, working 25 hours per week.

Your Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s accounts and financial processes.

Specifically, using Sage 200, you will:

- Maintain the debtor and creditor ledgers
- Manage the stock take
- Bring accounts to trial balance and ensure they are audit ready
- Complete VAT, Vies and Intrastat returns
- Prepare weekly lodgements
- Assist with the year end audit

About You

To be considered as an Account Administrator, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience in a similar accounts role
- Knowledge of Sage or a similar accounts package
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including proficiency with Word and Excel
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
