The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will support the finances and accounting processes of the agency.

Specifically, your role will involve the administration and maintenance of all financial transaction records and ensure all legal requirements are adhered to.

Specifically, you will:

- Process monthly sales and purchase invoices
- Complete daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly finance reporting and budgeting processes
- Deliver a credit control service
- Assist with tax compliance and grant applications
- Develop company financial processes and procedures

About You

To be considered as an Accounts Administrator, you’ll need:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar accounting role
- Experience with accounting programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Double Entry
- Good knowledge of VAT and PAYE, including VIES, EVR, payroll and RTD
- Proficiency with Excel with data entry skills

Ideally, you will have Accounting Technician qualification, but this is not essential. Experience with claiming Enterprise Ireland grants would also be beneficial.
