Accounts Administrator (Part Time)
Bray, Wicklow

The Company

Established for over 20 years, our client supplies a wide range of laboratory equipment and consumables to a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, bio-tech, food and beverage and medical sectors.

They are now looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator to join their team, working four days a week, including Fridays.

The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will manage and run our client’s payroll and accounts functions.

Specifically, you will:

- Prepare the wages journal each month
- Post all supplier invoices to accounts
- Prepare and review bi-monthly VAT returns
- Prepare and post month end journals (prepayments, accruals and depreciation)
- Perform other balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis (PAYE/VAT control accounts)
- Handle ad-hoc employee queries

About You

To be considered as an Accounts Administrator, you will need:

- To be a qualified accounts technician and/or a part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a minimum of four years’ experience
- Excellent computer, bookkeeping, and financial analysis skills
- A high level of exposure to IT systems, specifically Sage

This role is flexible over 3 - 4 days a week with a full day required on Fridays.
