 Accounts Administrator (Part Time)

Are you an accounts professional with great communication skills? Do you want to play a key role in the day-to-day running of Ireland’s largest Sage Business Partner? If so, read on.

The Company

Our client is a specialist reseller of Sage software solutions. With a deep understanding and knowledge of Sage, they sell, implement and integrate Sage 200 products into customers’ businesses as well as providing ongoing support.

They are now looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their accounts team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start.

The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you will support our client’s finance team with all accounts functions.

Specifically, you will action credit control, progress project billing, assist with month end duties and resolve customer queries.

Your duties will also involve:

- Proactively dealing with overdue customers, bringing their account back in line
- Working with internal consultants/management to provide key information to customers in advance of any large project invoices being issued
- Resolving client and customer queries in a proactive manner
- Completing various month end duties including posting and reconciling the corporate credit card transactions, employee expenses and other revenue reconciliations

Our client would love to hear from you if you’ve held the role of Accounts Assistant, Credit Controller, Accounts Clerk, Collections Assistant, Credit Control Administrator, Credit Control Clerk, Customer Service Administrator, or Finance Assistant.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week, including a full day of 9am – 5pm on Fridays.

Job Requirements
About You

To join our client as an Accounts Administrator, you will need:

- Previous experience in an accounts role, particularly credit control
- Good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Excel

Ideally, you will have a familiarity with Sage, Oracle Netsuite or other accounting software, but this is not essential.
