Our client is the leading insurance premium finance company in Ireland and the UK. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for an Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As an Administrator, you’ll take on a fast-paced role dealing with inbound and outbound calls, providing support to customers and brokers.

Joining a team of six on the administration team, you will process business and personal requests within a high volume environment.

You’ll act as a specific point of contact for key brokers as well as a vital support element for Business Managers who are out on the road.

Additionally, your role will involve:

- Ensuring customers’ documents are up-to-date and accurate
- Providing manual checks on customers
- Completing associated paperwork

Job Requirements
About You

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in a high volume, customer focused environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service and/or support skills, including the ability to handle difficult/demanding customers

Experience of dealing with AML and credit checks would be beneficial to your application, but this is by no means essential. Experience in the financial services industry would also be advantageous.
