Develop and maintain financial and business reporting solutions using Excel to analyse business activity, financial indicators, client activity, pipeline performance and operational KPIs. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management information solutions to provide structured analysis of financial, business, client and operational performance. Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends in incoming business, client engagement, case progression, conversion activity and business performance, providing analytical insights to management.

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our financial operations and business development.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability across construction projects and related activities.
  • Conduct cost and margin analysis, including suppliers, materials usage, and operational expenses.
  • Assist with cash flow monitoring, invoice control, payment processing, and payroll coordination.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
  • Work with management to improve financial efficiency and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to basic accounting procedures and internal controls.
