The Ashley Hotel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment works at our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise and deliver maintenance and refurbishment projects.

Coordinate contractors, suppliers and maintenance teams.

Inspect works, resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.

Carry out hands-on tasks including painting, drywall, tiling, basic electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

Manage materials, budgets and health & safety compliance.
