Sales Support Executive
Waterford

The Company

Our client was founded in 2005 and is now one of Ireland’s leading renewable energy companies. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their Waterford office and support their Sales Team.

The Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you will support our client’s Sales Team by generating leads with potential and existing customers.

You will build professional, long-lasting customer relationships, delivering high quality customer experiences and ensuring that all customers’ purchasing needs are met.

Your role will involve:

- Organising appointments and meetings between team members and sales prospects
- Balancing high call volumes between potential and existing customers
- Developing new business opportunities
- Updating our client’s customer database, recording and maintaining contact information
- Assisting in marketing campaigns by communicating messages to the customer base

About You

To join our client as a Sales Support Executive, you’ll need:

- A proven track record in developing new business in the B2B area
- A strong track record in developing long-lasting client relationships
- Experience in data management and scheduling meetings
- A good level of IT literacy with skills in managing data using the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
- The motivation to meet deadlines and achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets
