· Carry out a comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and identify potential clients
· Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospects
· Qualify leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships
· Seek out the appropriate contact within an organisation to develop new opportunities in target clients
· Generate and attend face-to-face appointments with clients
· Entertain clients to build rapport and maintain a happy working relationship
· Provide advice to clients on our company services
· Create business development strategies, driving new business from conception through to closure
· Understand clients’ needs via a consultative approach to develop effective solutions for acquisition and retention campaigns
· Deliver and exceed monthly sales target
· Keep management updated on your progress
· The role encompasses close collaboration with the MD to manage the Sales & Marketing side of the business
· Work closely with our marketing department to look at ways of advertising to promote the company
· Manage and maintain our CRM software
