The Role

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will provide in-house building surveying services, including project management, branch development, business implants and repair and maintenance services.

Reporting to the Head of Group Building Services, you will:

- Help to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Prepare action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets
- Assign tasks to internal teams and help with schedule management
- Create and maintain project documentation

About You

To be considered as a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will need:

- Membership of the SCSI or RICS
- Knowledge and experience of the construction process
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- MS Office skills and knowledge of AutoCAD
