Job Description
 Net Venture Digital Solutions Ireland Limited trading as Sheela Palace are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of South Indian cooking, solid kitchen experience, and the ability to run a station with confidence and consistency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes—especially South Indian specialities such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryanis, and regional curries.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Manage a designated kitchen station, including mise-en-place and service readiness.

  • Ensure all food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards are met.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu items and daily specials.

  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff.

  • Monitor ingredient usage, minimise waste, and support stock control.


€34000 p.a. 39 hrs/week

Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and culinary techniques is essential.

Familiarity with Indian kitchen equipment (tandoor ovens, dosa tawa, idli steamers, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Ability to perform well under pressure and during busy service periods.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
