Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and culinary techniques is essential.
Familiarity with Indian kitchen equipment (tandoor ovens, dosa tawa, idli steamers, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Ability to perform well under pressure and during busy service periods.
