· Should have a proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
· Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a Asian restaurant as Chef De Partie specialising in Sushi dishes.
· Should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
· Have a flair and passion for cookig, which will be reflected in your cooking
· Have previous experience in a busy fast paced Asian restaurant
· Must be proficient in following hygienic food handling practices.
