The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Kitchen, and also of specialty Indian dishes. You must be proficient in the use of clay ovens and have excellent knowledge of making a variety of naan breads.
As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head in a busy restaurant kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received. Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
