With a national network of over 75 clinics, our client is Ireland’s leading provider of hearing healthcare solutions. They are now looking for a Clinic Co-ordinator to join their team in Swords or Middle Abbey Street.

The Role

As a Clinic Co-ordinator, you will provide a comprehensive support service to our client’s clinic in Swords or Middle Abbey Street.

You’ll undertake a range of administrative and secretarial services as well as all telemarketing activity. This will involve following up leads and enquiries and making sure Dispensers’ diaries are full.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

- Be the first face and voice that customers interact with
- Ensure the clinic is clean, tidy and inviting
- Provide a high level of care to customers, patients and visitors
- Make sure that everyone who comes into the clinic is left with a good impression
- Maintaining the online diary management system for Dispensers

About You

To be considered as a Clinic Co-ordinator, you’ll need:

- At least two years’ administration experience
- Proven customer service experience
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- A second level education
- The willingness to learn
