Clinic Co-ordinator – Part Time
Limerick, Co. Limerick
€23,000 (pro rata) Plus Pension, Health Scheme, 20 Days’ Annual Leave (pro rata) + Public Holidays

As a Clinic Co-ordinator, you will perform a range of administrative and telemarketing activities to support our client’s clinic in Limerick.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

- Provide a high level of professional customer care to all
- Provide support to officers with the preparation of part-accounts and bank lodgements
- Meet and greet visitors and patients on arrival to the clinic
- Carry out mail merging activities
- Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained and stores are kept clean and tidy

Job Requirements
Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- At least two years’ administration experience
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- A second level education
- The willingness to learn

As a Clinic Co-ordinator, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and manage a high volume of leads.
