What you'll do:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and organised atmosphere.
  • Greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcome and informed.

• Prior receptionist experience with excellent telephone handling skills
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in basic MS Outlook, trainable in office management software
• Proactive with strong multitasking skills, able to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
