The Role

As a Credit Controller, you’ll ensure that accounts within French-speaking markets are promptly chased up for any outstanding payments.

Working with the Sales and Commercial Teams, you’ll perform credit checks for new accounts, post invoices to customers and allocate credit notes and money.

Your duties will also involve:

- Cash and bank management
- Bank and AR reconciliation
- SEPA processing
- Preparing credit control reports
- Processing refunds and write-offs


Other organisations many call this role Accounts Clerk, Finance Clerk, Finance Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Credit Control Clerk, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support Agent, or Customer Service Agent.

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Starting time is flexible with core hours starting at 10am (start and finish times to be discussed at the interview).

Job Requirements
About You

To be considered as a Credit Controller, you will need:

- At least one year’s credit control or customer service experience gained within an office environment
- Fluent French, both written and verbal, as well as fluent English
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- To be detail-oriented and proactive
- The ability to meet strict deadlines
- To work well in a team environment and on your own initiative
