Job Description
Customer Service Executive – Telemarketing
Ballsbridge, Co Dublin
€23,000 Plus Commission (OTE €30,000)

As a Customer Service Executive, you will perform a range of administrative and telemarketing activities to support our client’s clinic in Ballsbridge.
With your primary focus on reception and teleappointing/telemarketing, you will ensure the clinic is a welcoming place to attend and colleagues’ diaries are filled with appointments.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
- Meet and greet visitors and patients
- Follow up on leads and enquiries and highlight the benefits of our client’s hearing services
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and book in appointments with Hearing Aid Dispensers
- Maintain the filing system
- Sell over the counter (OTC) products and trouble-shoot

- A high level of proven customer service experience
- Telemarketing experience
- Previous office and/or secretarial experience
- Excellent telephone skills and manner
- A professional standard of computer literacy with particular focus on Microsoft Office
As a Customer Service Executive, you will also need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload effectively and manage a high volume of leads.
