Smartedge’s client is looking for Customer Success Manager for Permanent based in London,UK.

Ideal, candidate should have good experience in managing outsourced professional and administrative services.

Job Description:

This Account Management role focuses on delivery of cleint’s online Brand Protection solutions.

Supported by proprietary technology and processes, the Brand Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing outsourced professional and administrative services for specific corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage full lifecycle of service engagement
  • Create adaptive solutions to address specific client needs
  • Manage client expectations and service requirements
  • Effectively develop and communicate data-driven recommendations
  • Leverage internal and external software tools at expert level
  • Work closely with internal services team to create monthly deliverables
  • Quickly identify and adapt to industry trends and client requirements
  • Some travel is required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide expert assistance and training where necessary

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to client & organizational changes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent time/deadline management skills
  • Team player – ability to work with colleagues in multiple locations
  • German at Native speaking level

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Client Service or equivalent experience
  • Corporate Client Service and/or Consulting experience a plus
  • Background in Account & Project Management desirable
  • Knowledge of trademark laws and internet practices is a plus

Must-Haves:

Strong B2B account management skills

Native German speaker

Project Management 3-5 years

Nice-To-Haves:

SAAS or Enterprise Software Experience

Marketing or Brand Protection
