Toga Logistics is seeking to hire and experienced Customs Clearance Operations Coordinator who has very good computer and technical skills and a knowledge of Brexit customs rules.
Very good level of English/Near Fluent required. Full time permanent position. Salary 32,000 per annum.
39 hours per week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and analyse logistics dashboard with Tableau to visualize key metrics, optimize profitability and quickly identify opportunities of improvement.
Leverage Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft SQL server toolset to drive development and analysis of data, dashboarding and business intelligence programs.
Operate Customsforce web-platform to manage and supervise customs clearance, and liaise with Revenue to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Conduct data mining and data analysis to find trends, patterns and opportunities using Power BI and extract data from SAP/ERP systems.
Evaluate data, generate reports, track inventory, scheduling and demand planning. Create manual tracking system and interfaces using Microsoft Access to maintain company databases including the structure, input and accuracy.
Utilize TOGA Matrix TMS (transport management system) and Navigator to manage ground transportation network to provide visibility, traceability of goods and monitor fleets.
Employ Matrix OFS software for billing and invoicing shipments, and updating shipment events.
Manage and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance and invoicing.
Analyze operational or transportation details to identify potential areas for improvement, savings or efficiency; including innovative solutions.
Ensure processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations; seeking advice and interpretation when required.
Develop metrics and goals for programs, present information to customers or leaders and prepare templates or details to ensure operations are meeting expectations.
Review operational claims, failures or damages, perform root cause and other reviews to determine responsible parties, and present to leaders or internal and external customers.
Assist with reviewing and responding to customer requests, which includes applying transportation principles, drafting responses and outlines, and other professional support.

• Brexit knowledge and training
• Must be qualified to Bachelor level in International Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be fully computer literate
• Must have experience in Logistics and Supply chain management software programs
• Must have experience Logistics and Supply chain web platforms
• Must have work experience in customs clearance
• Must have excellent level of spoken and written English
