The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the prestigious 2AA Rosette Gulfstream Restaurant at Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa, or assist the Dunes Pub & Bistro Manager in the running of the very busy and popular Dunes Pub & Bistro. Previous experience in a 4* or 5* hotel with a minimum 1 year s experience is preferable. The successful candidate will have a friendly personality with strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and manage a team of approximately 20-25 waiting staff. We require that applicants are currently based in Ireland and are permitted to work in the country.
Must be friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic, an excellent communicator with exceptional people skills. Previous experience in a busy 4* hotel is essential. A qualification from a recognised Culinary Arts College is desirable.
