Job Description


We are looking for a high-performing Global Sales Director for a leading BPO/Contact Centre provider of services.

The Sales Director will have direct responsibility for driving Sales and global business development strategies across EMEA, APAC and NAM regions. You will achieve year on year growth across new and existing business accounts and leverage both new and existing customer relations to expand our 6 Operational sites in the UK, Poland, Hungary, and the Philippines.


  • Full P&L responsibility in line with the company's annual business plan.
  • Developing winning bids within Contact Center/ End User Experience / Customer Experience solutions.
  • Build key stakeholder relationships with the company clients to generate new business opportunities 
  • Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts and deliver to yearly budget set out every year
  • Sales and account reporting responsibilities including weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of sales and account division 
  • New business (logo) acquisition and hunting new business within current accounts.
  • Building a select pipeline of key prospects with the goal of closing strategic opportunities.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate

Substantial BPO/Contact Centre Sales experience (BPO market or a similar)
Experience winning global BPO contracts exceeding $2m pa
Strong consultative sales approach
Ability to forge strong leading relationships with global C-level executives and internal management
Proven track record in generating and closing complex BPO/Contact Centre deals
Innovative team player with the energy, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success. 
Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
