Substantial BPO/Contact Centre Sales experience (BPO market or a similar)
Experience winning global BPO contracts exceeding $2m pa
Strong consultative sales approach
Ability to forge strong leading relationships with global C-level executives and internal management
Proven track record in generating and closing complex BPO/Contact Centre deals
Innovative team player with the energy, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success.
Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
