They are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team, leading their HR operations throughout Ireland.

The Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will support all operational HR functions throughout the country.

You will lead and inspire the HR Operations Team to deliver a fantastic service, ensuring personable and straight-forward advice and support is given.

Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will also involve:

- Leading and inspiring the HR Operations Team to deliver and excel on areas defined in the HR business plan
- Developing new efficiencies to support the business
- Supporting and coaching the management team to deliver consistent and fair procedures
- Driving engagement through the management and analysis of our internal engagement survey
- Responding to employee’s queries in a friendly and timely manner
- Managing and reporting on HR monthly KPIs
- Being the point of contact for Regional Directors and Branch Managers
- Working with the Head of HR to set, review and monitor the annual budget
- Keeping up to date with the most recent industry advances
- Supporting, and working closely with, the wider HR/Payroll function on various HR projects
- Updating company policies and procedures

About You

To be considered as the HR Business Partner, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience in an HR Department within a large, dynamic organisation, preferably in a shared services environment
- To be confident with all aspects of HRM, industrial relations, employment law and administration
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an HR dashboard
- At a minimum, a third level degree qualification in an HR discipline
- The ability to inspire, empower and demonstrate self-leadership and leadership by example to deliver personal initiatives aligned to the HR business plan
- Influencing skills, including the ability to confidently use relevant information to persuade others and gain agreement and commitment
- The ability to remain positive and resilient under pressure
- To work well with others, engage with colleagues, management and the wider team to form strong working relationships
- The ability to co-ordinate the HR Operations Team's work and monitor their performance against objectives and deadlines
- Effective decision-making skills, including the ability to take ownership and act with confidence, taking decisive actions and considered risks
