Job Description
Job Title: HR COORDINATOR
Job Location : Dublin, Ireland
Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
 
The required skills/responsibilities are as follows:
● Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including but not limited to offer letters, forms, visa documentation, onboarding documentation, contract amendments and end of
employment documentation;
Receive, review, and process all relevant documentation pertaining to new hires, termination, leave of absences, employee status changes etc;
● Participate and manage transactional activities pertaining to the onboarding and offboarding process as well as global mobility process;
● Establish, organize, and maintain hardcopy / electronic employee files, ensuring that all files are current and complete;
● Any other tasks and activities as assigned within the HR scope by the manager
 
Job Requirements
The required skills are:
• Quick Learner.
● Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and producing quality results;
● Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy;
•Proficiency in Google Suite(preferred) and/or MS Office, including Word and Excel
