Principal Objective

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the role of the HR Systems Co-ordinator will support the HR team with general HR system tasks alongside ad-hoc system project work.

The ideal candidate will have with 1-2 years’ HRIS experience and enjoy supporting others in a busy office environment. You will become a subject matter expert for the business processes of the HR information system (Core HR) utilised by 1,400 colleagues in the Chadwicks group. The role is extensive and offers opportunities to excel in providing solutions on best practice usage of the HR information system for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact for daily CoreHR queries for the HR team and wider business colleagues
- Execute daily maintenance activities including but not limited to system adjustments, audits etc.
- Configure the CoreHR system according to business and technical requirements
- Identify and articulate process improvements, understand potential CoreHR constraints and offer practical solutions on how to best deliver the CoreHR solution for the business
- Ensuring processes and workflows are correctly set up
- Identify and rectify inefficiencies with current processes
- Contribute to the development, implementation and testing of system changes; lead initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
- Configure CoreHR according to Chadwicks’ business and technical requirements i.e. regular review of the email managed system alerts to ensure information is correct and up to date based on the business needs
- Prepare and design HR reporting to provide key HR data insights and statistics through the CoreHR system
- Continuous system testing to ensure processes and workflows are correctly set up
- Write and design system guides as and when required
- Support colleague training design and delivery at regular times throughout the year
- Advocate for CoreHR and inform business on new trends and technologies

Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience

- Experience using a cloud-based system is essential, direct CoreHR experience is a distinct advantage
- Experience of using all MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience of using HR analytical dashboards
- Tableau data management experience is desirable
- Third level qualification in IT/Computer Applications or Human Resources with HR systems knowledge is essential
- Experience in producing and designing HR reports and metrics is essential
- Ability to deliver quality results on projects and system enhancements
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment
