A minimum of 5 years experience as an HR associate/generalist, Compensation Analyst or similar title/responsibilities with multi-national global companies
You have attained a University degree
KPI and data-driven
Able to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, geographically dispersed team environment
Able to recognize root cause issues and proactively develop solutions with a sense of urgency
Able to quickly learn and master third-party software solutions.
A sense of humor and a love for being a part of innovation and building networks.
Must be willing to work Saturdays 1-2 month.
Flexibility in working hours to support a global workforce.
Experience on a global compensation team a plus
