This is the ideal role for a CCNP or CCIE and MCSE certified network engineer with a track record of administering a LAN infrastructure looking to join an innovative company.

The Role

As a Network & Desktop Support Engineer, you will administer networks and provide critical technical support for companywide computer systems, including desktops, laptops and Windows servers.

Working with Cisco networks, you will provide remote administration and troubleshoot any technical issues in a timely and effective manner whilst providing a first-class level of service at all times. Managing the network infrastructure, you will install hardware, implement software and provide systems training to staff on an ongoing basis.

As part of your role, you will be required to occasionally travel to client sites in Dublin and the surrounding areas to fulfil your duties.

Job Requirements
About You

To be considered as a Network & Desktop Support Engineer, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience of administering a LAN infrastructure using Cisco network and VOIP hardware and software
- Experience of MS Server and desktop technologies, including Windows, Office and Exchange
- SonicWALL experience
- A CCNP or CCIE certification
- A MCSE certification or equivalent
- Fluency in English
