Job Description

 

Acara Energy is a Mechanical, Heating and Plumbing Services Company Plumbing and with specialities in energy management and high quality engineering.

We are recruiting an office administrator to work with a small but busy team. There are great opportunities for development, further education and training.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact duties – answer phone, Reply to correspondence, greet visitors etc.

  • General office day to day administration in a busy construction office.

  • Input of data into accounting software.

  • Updating website with details on completed and ongoing projects.

  • Processing new starters. Health and Safety inductions and scheduling labour and delivery of material to multiple sites.

  • Assist the Managing Director with PA service including meeting minutes and reports.

  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion

  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and other equipment.

  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

  • All other general ad-hoc duties associated with office management in the construction industry.


Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience within Construction Environment is a strong advantage.

  • Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft excel. A good ability with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.

NB: Training will be provided on all the company's in house systems.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €25,000.00 to €30,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Construction Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
