 Production Trainer - Night Shift
Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick

The Company

Our client specialises in developing innovative electronic, electromechanical and mechatronic products for the automotive industry. They are now looking for a Production Trainer to join them, working night shifts, on a 6 – 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Production Trainer, you will support the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality training and instructions to Production Operators.

Specifically, you will:

- Support the induction programme for new employees
- Monitor Trainees’ progress for a specified time
- Maintain training records
- Provide feedback to the Department Supervisor/Manager
- Deliver the annual refresher training for all Production Operators
Other organisations may call this role Senior Production Operative, Manufacturing Trainer, Trainer, or Senior Manufacturing Operative.

Night shift hours are Monday – Thursday, 12:30am – 8:00am and Friday, 10:30pm – 7:30am.
