Quality Engineer – Graduate Opportunity

Our client is a leading manufacturer of medical devices components and pharmaceutical packaging. Operating exclusively in plastic injection moulding field, they boast a global client base and in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical and medtech products.

Now, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their dedicated team in Tinahely.

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll complete a range of validation activities for the business, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and GDP.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll design, analyse and approve IQ, OQ and PQ protocols and reports. You’ll ensure validation activities comply with quality procedures and make sure timelines are accurate and achievable.

Your other duties will involve:

- Developing site validation plans
- Implementing the software validation programme
- Investigating and identifying the root cause of any customer complaints
- Preparing process validation protocols as part of process improvement projects
- Generating Certificates of Conformance and supplying SPC data for all required products
