Receptionist – Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave)


Automotive Service Centre is a CVRT Test and Vehicle Service and Repair Centre based in Parkwest Industrial Park, Dublin 12.
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to fill a Maternity Fixed Term Contract (6 – 9 months)
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients from taking telephone calls, check-in of vehicles through to the check-out as well as cash receipts and invoicing. The Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of the company and, therefore, must perform the role to the highest standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a very well known and professional company.
The role will involve;
• Have experience in a customer-focused industry
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service with a polite and courteous manner.
• Be confident with computers with excellent keyboard skills and proficient with MS Office.
• Familiar with invoicing and managing cash receipts.
• Ability to work in an organised way in a busy environment.
• Excellent telephone skills
• Process sending and receipt of mail and parcels.
• Various ad hoc responsibilities as and when required to support the wider team and general office functions
