Job Description
We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Receptionist to join our team at Finn Lough as we grow our Experience offering. Candidates should be reliable, driven, have good attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills.

Full Time Position
£21-£24k per annum
Staff meals including during shifts
Staff accommodation available
No experience is required, training will be provided

*Job Brief*

As a receptionist you will assist in the administration and facilitation of Spa and Front Desk operations. You will be responsible for orientating guests on arrival at Front desk and the Elements Spa Trail, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. Whilst in the Spa you are responsible for keeping the guest areas neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide orientation, explaining the Elements Spa Trail, and offering and answering guests’ questions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.
  • Ensures adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
  • Review guest appointments/schedules as needed.
  • Utilise spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
  • Answer the phone promptly, operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
  • Answering guest correspondence and field any guest requests appropriately
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
