 Regional Service and Operations Manager – Power Generation
Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

The Role

As the Regional Service and Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of our client’s service strategy by ensuring their power generation customers have a first-class experience.

Specifically, you will manage the regional service operational teams to deliver a consistent service that increases customer loyalty and service growth while minimising costs.


This is a crucial role in the business, as you’ll be working closely with our client’s global business partner, Caterpillar, as well as large multinational businesses.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop team members, supporting them to meet both their own and the company’s goals
- Effectively manage resources and the cost base
- Help shape the company culture to ensure a focus on high-quality customer service
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the dealership

Job Requirements
About You

To be considered as a Regional Service and Operations Manager, you will need:

- At least three years’ operational leadership experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrable success, ideally in the power generation industry
- People management or supervisory experience
- To be technically minded
- A full driving licence

Ideally, you will be qualified to Foundation level of equivalent.
