Job Description
Answering and screening all calls and mail and dealing with queries or redirecting as appropriate.
Organising incoming and outgoing post.
Drafting of correspondence, email and letters.
General clerical, accounts support, filing, scanning, typing.
Processing orders, entering onto Sage (experience with Sage preferred)
Packing orders for customers, organising couriers.
Entering orders on Sage, dealing with Suppliers
Credit control
Experience Required:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a business environment.
Use of Sage accounts package or similar an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
A positive and professional approach, efficiency and an enthusiastic attitude is essential.
