Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Administering Engineering Projects
Develop system to identify and track Class III opportunities from conception, through FEED, to order at EPC contractor level by distilling information from marketing sources such as EIC, Protel, Industrial Info, & DMS Global & enter into CRM system for all Business Units ensuring that the appropriate part of the BS&B sales network is engaged with the EPC.
On order placement from an EPC ensuring that the end user is entered into the CRM and the appropriate BS&B sales entity is engaged in securing the spares revenue.
· CRM System Administrator
Roll out CRM address book, filing cabinet, sales funnel & Lost Order Reporting already developed in EMEA to other sales regions. Train the trainers and troubleshoot roll out issues. Continuously improve the system on feedback from sales management
· AVL Administration
Manage globally our AVL position at End Users and EPC contractors for all Business Units
Maintain and develop a system to target AVL opportunities, monitor applications, and renew on expiration
· Industrial Marketing Administration
Replicate the German Industrial Market process in non-German speaking countries. Administer this effort and determine its effectiveness.
Coordinate the non-German Trade Shows
Book and coordinate the trade show effort outside of Germany for EMEA for all Business Units
Other projects and administrative duties as required
Backup to Office Administrator including travel bookings, looking after visitors etc. Reporting and filing
