Job Role: Service Centre Technician
Job Type: Contract
Location : London, UK

Job Description:-

  • Meet and greet customers to the centre.
  • Maintain a log of customer visits and ensure tickets are raised in the support tool.
  • To triage problems and direct to the correct area for repair.
  • Reset user passwords
  • Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on laptops and mobile devices.
  • Manage user expectations
  • Complete any simple repairs that do not require 2nd level support.
  • Carry out software installations.
  • Assist level 2 technicians.
  • Assist users with mobile devices
  • Image pcs to corporate standard
    • Follow all processes as directed by management
      Complete training as requested
