Job Role: Service Centre Technician
Job Type: Contract
Location : London, UK
- Meet and greet customers to the centre.
- Maintain a log of customer visits and ensure tickets are raised in the support tool.
- To triage problems and direct to the correct area for repair.
- Reset user passwords
- Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on laptops and mobile devices.
- Manage user expectations
- Complete any simple repairs that do not require 2nd level support.
- Carry out software installations.
- Assist level 2 technicians.
- Assist users with mobile devices
- Image pcs to corporate standard
- Follow all processes as directed by management
Complete training as requested
Start Date: ASAP (notice period accepted for right candidate)
