· Meet and greet customers to the centre.
· Maintain a log of customer visits and ensure tickets are raised in the support tool.
· To triage problems and direct to the correct area for repair.
· Reset user passwords
· Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting on laptops and mobile devices.
· Manage user expectations
· Complete any simple repairs that do not require 2nd level support.
· Carry out software installations.
· Assist level 2 technicians.
· Assist users with mobile devices
· Image pcs to corporate standard
· Follow all processes as directed by management
· Complete training as requested
