GIHAN RESTAURANTS LIMITED is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef. (2 Positions)
The successful candidate will be responsible for mise en place and service in our restaurant’s kitchen.
As well as working on main courses and cooking food to order. Experience in brasserie style ala carte food is needed.
Minimum 5 years previous Sous Chef experience needed.
The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop own skills and also a good level of experience at the modern level.
Other requirements include:
• Full Sous Chef experience in modern dining environment
• Experience working on main courses.
• Food Hygiene training/experience.
This position is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week. €34,000 per annum salary.
