We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The individual required for the role should have culinary and management background with a natural passion for food and flair for presentation.
Assisting the Head Chef in the following tasks:
Assist in controlling and directing Asian food preparation process and any other Asian food relative activities.
Assist in innovating new dishes and constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
Assist in carrying out quality checks on dishes before they are served to the customers.
Assist in managing kitchen staff, providing training and trouble shooting.
Minimum Experience Required (Years): 5
Specialising In : Asian Cuisine Cooking
Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 5 Years of Sous Chefs Experience
Languages : English B1-Intermediate, Chinese C2-Master (Fluent)
Minimum Qualification : Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
