Must-Have Primary Skill: Operations & Support Analyst-Application Support-Application Monitoring-L1 or L2 Support
Primary Skill: Expert (5+ Years Experience)
The requirement is for a technical support analyst for BAU Live application support for middleware file-transfer systems. This includes working on Task Manager (Salesforce) and Kofax analyst that will get stuck in and assist with the various support and project work that will be on going . The role involves knowledge transition from SME, on the job learning of the platform and Application Support activities.
The role will mainly require following activities:
Maintain technical quality of products – BAU and project change.
Support App (Salesforce / Task Manager) & OS Patching activity
Maintain Group security standards
Product Backlog execution working closely with Product Owners/BAs
Execute configuration work on key systems
Perform Operations and System Administration tasks
Design/Build/Support IT solutions
Execute Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for the IT products
Work with other technical teams – Solutions Architects/BAs/Testers//PMs/Networks/Data Center/Change Control etc…
Develop technical solutions and enhancements, while adhering to development standards
Deliver measurable, quality solutions – to functional & non-functional requirements.
Add value in all stages of project/support work (definition, development, deployment).
