Our client is a market-leading pharmacy supplies company based in Limerick which has grown internationally by design innovation in consumer healthcare products. They are now looking for a Trainer to join their team.

Headquartered in Limerick, Ireland, our client is one of the nation’s most innovative indigenous companies. They’re experiencing significant growth and in this exciting role, you’ll facilitate their ongoing success by developing their training offering.

As a Trainer, you’ll design, implement and deliver technical and clinical training programs throughout Ireland.

Specifically, you’ll deliver training to support our client’s cardiac, diagnostic, monitoring, respiratory, wound care, theatre, community and home care product portfolio.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide training to colleagues, as well as pharmacy customers (both within pharmacy opening hours and out of hours)
- Offer practical clinical advice and support
- Manage and co-ordinate principal partner training events
- Offer guidance to the Customer Service team on our client’s training services

Job Requirements
To be considered, you will need:

- At least three years’ training management experience
- Previous medical training experience, such as a First Aid Instructor qualification, ideally to EMT level
- A third level clinical qualification

Highly-organised and self-motivated, as a Trainer, you’ll have strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll also be able to work on your own initiative and effectively prioritise tasks.
